Philosophy

Little Leaders Inc. – Before and After School Care believes that all children who attend our program are entitled to a safe, supportive environment where all areas of their development will be nurtured and supported. We endeavour to provide children from all economic, cultural, and social backgrounds with access to our program with minimal barriers to participation. Children will be provided with new experiences and a place where they can build positive relationships with their peers. They will be monitored by staff and offered opportunities for leadership, personal growth, and empowerment. It is understood that Little Leaders Inc. will interact with the families of the children we serve and encourage youth interaction from our community high schools through a work experience program.
